About us
Artifex Servis s.r.o. was set up with the aim of dividing up the specialised activities originally undertaken altogether at Artifex s.r.o. The goal of transferring these activities to a separate company is to provide our customers with the very best quality, efficiency, and professionalism. We also provide the warranty and post-warranty servicing of certain types of tools and, among other, services in the sphere of revision.

THE BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US
- The Partner/Customer has everything sorted – staffing capacity for servicing – very limited number of such workers on the labour market – experience from the Liberec region and the rest of the Czech Republic.
- The Partner/Customer does not need to train staff – the training time for an independent, qualified worker is at least 6 months.
- The Partner has original parts with which to service required equipment = warranties from the manufacturer.
- The Partner/Customer need not invest in acquiring the equipment and instruments for individual servicing – a value of approximately CZK 2,500,000.
- The Partner has contractually-ensured servicing of the required equipment on time.
- The Partner – is assured of our support in the eventuality of audits by customers or internal audits.
